4TH ANNUAL FITTEST OF ELK GROVE EVENT | HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR
We are proud to announce the 2013 4th Annual Fittest of Elk Grove Event / Health & Wellness Fair – benefiting the Elk Grove Police Activities League (EG P.A.L.). This year we will have 2 qualifying events that will lead up to the Finals and we have added age groups.
There will be 3 divisions: Men, Women and Team. The team division will be made up of 2 men and 2 women of any age. NEW this year, we will have age groups for Men and Women. The 4 age groups will be: 17 & under, 18-34, 35-49 and 50+ CLICK HERE TO SEE SPONSOR PACKAGES & VENDOR BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES CLICK HERE TO REGISTER QUALIFIER #1 Early Bird Registration – on or before August 31 $35 for all Individuals except 17 & Under is $25 Team is $120 Register between September 1 – September 18 $50 for all Individuals except 17 & Under is $40 Team is $140 *Last day to register for Qualifier #1 is September 18th QUALIFIER #2 Early Bird Registration – on or before September 7 $35 for all Individuals except 17 & Under is $25 Team is $120 Register between September 8 – September 25 $50 for all Individuals except 17 & Under is $40 Team is $140 *Last day to register for Qualifier #2 is September 25th EVENT INFO Who: Men and Women who live in the Elk Grove City Limits, work for a business in Elk Grove and/or go to school in the Elk Grove Unified School District. You must meet one out of the three requirements. What: 2013 4th Annual Fittest of Elk Grove Event Where/When:Qualifier #1 - September 28 - Location TBA Qualifier #2 - October 5 - Location TBA Finals - October 19 - Elk Grove Regional Park Why:To bring together the health & fitness industry in our community and to raise awareness about the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. All while donating the net proceeds of the event to a non profit in our community. RULES The workout for both qualifiers will be the same to keep a fair playing field. The top 3 finishers in each division from each qualifier will advance to the finals. YOU DO NOTHAVE TO COMPETE IN BOTH QUALIFIERS. - YOU MUST BE AN ELK GROVE CITY RESIDENT, EMPLOYED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF ELK GROVE or ATTEND A SCHOOL IN THE ELK GROVE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT TO COMPETE. PROOF OF RESIDENCY, SCHOOL ID OR EMPLOYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED!! - The team you competed with in the qualifiers is the team you compete with in the finals. You are not allowed to change your team around. There are cases where something happens; injury, sick etc. If a teammate is no longer able to compete, their replacement has to be someone from your gym who: 1) competed on a team that did not qualify to the finals or 2) competed as an individual. You can not add someone to your team who did not compete in a qualifier. FINALS The finals will be a 3 part event 1)Finals – Fittest of Elk Grove Competition 2)Health & Wellness Fair 3)Food Trucks, Beer Garden, Jump Houses, Face Painting, Gymnastics Demonstrations |
