4TH ANNUAL WARRIORZ THROWDOWN
The WarriorZ Throwdown is an invitation only CrossFit exhibition that will feature the top CrossFit athletes (men and women) throughout California. These world class athletes, many ranked top 10 in the world in 2011, will put on a phenomenal show. They will complete workouts that will test their strength, flexibility, balance and cardio. Workouts that ordinary people would imagine impossible.
The top 10 men and women from this years NorCal regionals will have the first opportunity to register. If all 20 spots are not filled by _______, we will then invite male and female athletes from the top teams from NorCal regionals.
Even though the athletes are registering as an individual, this will be a team competition; 1 male and 1 female on each team. 10 athletes of the same sex will pull a name out of a hat the day of the competition to determine who their teammate will be. Each team will have to work together to complete each workout but only one team member will be able to work out at a time. Workouts will be released the day of the event.
This is a CASH PRIZE event. $1,000 for 1st, $500 for 2nd and $250 for 3rd

What is Crossfit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that builds general physical preparedness for all of life’s challenges. A blend of gymnastics, weightlifting, and mono-structural endurance, it does not specialize. It will never plateau. It is fun, creative, and, most importantly, it works. It will teach you how to do common things uncommonly well, while developing a base of strength and stamina on which you can build an active lifestyle. CrossFit's methodology thrives on the effort, commitment, and cooperation of a community that shares its successes; a community they want you to become a part of.
